Provisioning & delivery
From order to first login
After payment is confirmed, the system automatically assigns a physical machine and completes macOS setup—no manual review. The three steps below cover the most common provisioning questions.
Step 1
Configure and pay
Open the order configuration page, choose a node and rental term, add SSD or TB5 cluster options as needed, and pay via USDT-TRC20 or Stripe credit card.
Step 2
Wait for auto-provisioning
The platform completes device assignment and environment setup within 1–5 minutes. Once the instance status is "Running", email delivers the public IP and access credentials.
Step 3
Open console and connect
Sign in to the console to view instance details and start remote work via VNC or SSH. See the Remote access section for details.
Remote access
VNC desktop and SSH terminal
PixVPS offers three access paths: web VNC for a no-install graphical UI, SSH for CI automation, and optional third-party VNC clients for a smoother experience.
ssh admin@<public IP> -p <port>Run in macOS/Linux Terminal or Windows PowerShell; enter the password to access the macOS shell—ideal for scripted deploys and headless builds.Billing & renewal
Rental pricing and payment methods
Four flexible billing tiers, same price at all five global nodes, settled in US dollars (USD)—no contracts or hidden fees.
| Rental term | Base price | Daily equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | $21.1 | $21.10 / day |
| Weekly | $57.1 | ≈ $8.16 / day |
| Monthly Popular | $105.7 | ≈ $3.52 / day |
| Quarterly | $287.5 | ≈ $3.19 / day |
- USDT-TRC20—after checkout you are redirected to an on-chain payment address; payment completes once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
- Stripe credit card—supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely by Stripe; PixVPS does not store full card numbers.
Hardware & nodes
Hardware specs and data centers
Each instance maps to one real Mac mini M4 physical machine. Hardware and pricing are identical across all five data centers; only geography differs.
| Processor | Apple M4 · 10-core CPU (4 performance + 6 efficiency cores) |
|---|---|
| Memory | 16 GB unified memory |
| System disk | 256 GB NVMe SSD (optional +1 TB / +2 TB expansion) |
| Network | 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth · dedicated public IPv4 |
| AI compute | 38 TOPS(Apple Neural Engine) |
| Available nodes | Singapore · Japan (Tokyo) · South Korea (Seoul) · Hong Kong, China · US East |
- Singapore—Southeast Asia workloads with stable cross-border connectivity
- Japan (Tokyo)—low latency in East Asia; suited for the Japan market and iOS review environments
- South Korea (Seoul)—serves developers in Korea and nearby regions
- Hong Kong, China—friendly access for users in South China
- US East—covers North America; suited for global products and TestFlight releases
Account management
Registration, sign-in, and password
Sign-up and sign-in happen in a site-wide modal—no separate login page. One account can manage multiple remote Macs.
Troubleshooting & support
Troubleshooting and contacting engineers
For connection issues or an unresponsive instance, try the self-service steps below first; if still stuck, contact 7×24 live support via ticket or email.
- On the instance details page, click "Restart", wait 2–3 minutes, then retry the connection;
- If still unresponsive, "Shut down" first, wait 30 seconds, then "Power on";
- Confirm your local network can reach the public internet normally;
- If none of the above works, submit a ticket with your order number and screenshots.
