How do I connect via SSH from a local terminal?
Copy the SSH command above and paste it into macOS Terminal, Windows PowerShell, or a Linux shell, then enter the password when prompted. On first connect, if asked to confirm the host fingerprint, type yes to continue.
What is the difference between browser VNC and a third-party client?
PixVPS includes in-browser VNC—click "Browser VNC" to use it with clipboard sync. Prefer a standalone client? See third-party VNC setup in the Help Center.
What should I do if the instance is unresponsive?
Try "Request soft reboot" first. If you still can't connect, describe the issue via "Support tickets"—engineers respond within 1 hour; for urgent issues email [email protected].
